Face has adopted an advanced UFSOFT distribution management system, and presented an innovative “Project Responsibility System by Region” management mode. Thus far, its distribution network runs across 32 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in the country, and its annual sales value has exceeded RMB 100 million yuan. In Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing and all the other key cities in China, the company has set up its branch sales companies or rep offices, thus having established a solid customer base and unblocked distribution channels. In 2003, it initialized its franchising mode of audio & video supplies, and was authorized to become the first ever franchised supplier of audio & video products in Guangdong Province. Since then, it has established over 30 franchised outlets in the downtown areas of all major cities in Guangdong Province, and such giant stores as Carrefour, Wal-mart and Trust-mart.
